Sample Honors Freshman Schedule (for highly motivated, high-achieving students)

  1. Honors English I
  2. Honors World History
  3. Honors Geometry
  4. Religious Studies
  5. Spanish I, French I or Advanced Spanish I
  6. Honors Biology or *Fundamentals of Dance
    (or other UC required Visual and Performing Arts course)

St. Bernard offers the following Honors and AP courses at each grade level. AP courses are equivalent to College level courses. Student take the AP exam in the subject in May.

Grade 10
AP European History, AP Biology, Honors English, Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra II with Trigonometry
Grade 11
AP English Language, AP United States History, Honors Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Spanish Language, Honors Algebra II/Trigonometry, Honors Math Analysis
Grade 12
